 This is specific requirement is using google maps. The procedure helps to have google maps with different marker color/type in the maps embedded into ensemble.

This was implemented in testing site some time back and now not available there either since the site is cloned to newer version.

Add the line

to your [Drupal 6 root]/sites/default/settings.php file.

This procedure results in enabling or disabling the content types in the community block/organic group block. This is working currently but this procedure will enable or disable the content types even to the group manager. this is very specific requirement which is currently not implemented in live site.

 As discussed in our last meeting I am trying to make booklet pages for every individual projects in CPATH Meeting Booklet

 It is always good to maintain a documentation for everything we do. That may be for the things we created or the things we changed. Any individual can't do the documentation for everything because it is a collaborative work and it would be great if each and every individual share their own experience and issues. I am starting with a few features like Federated Search, Image Galleries, Groups, Blocks.

We can also extend the number of content types in the settings ( while creating a Group ).  Each and every content Type creation is going to be explained by taking any of the present groups in our Ensemble. All the attachments are also presented diagramatically for easy understanding. Hope this would be very helpful for the beginners , wishing to create a group Please discuss if you feel any changes.

On the way to create a home page for IJIMS ( The Interactive Journalism Institute for Middle School ). This will be similar to RET Portal. The homepage of IJIMS will have a navigation bar containing tabs to different blocks and  pages of the group ( So that it looks like a different page ). The RET Portal is inspiring a lot in giving new thoughts of creating homepages to the groups in Ensemble.

Recently made some changes to the to the Federated search result page.  Tested it a couple of time in VT testing site it is working fine in Computingportal.org too. Removed ACM, AlgoViz and Citidel logos in the Link to full syllabus results table and also placed rest of logos under Google Books logo instead of keeping them in a separate table. And some alignment issues. Still there are some alignment issues and extra spaces that has to be fixed, Currently testing them, I will send it to Yinlin once I am done with testing.  

Implemented Google Buzz and testing it for all content types in VT testing site. Its working fine with standard content types like page, story and blog. I am planing to test it for one more week and then upload on the production site. And also working on Facebook like and share buttons and limiting them to few content types. Both Google Buzz and Facebook like will relatively do the same work but the targeted audience are different. Since enabling both is not a good idea, giving an option for the user to choose between them will be a better approach.
