What sorts of ideas do you have for paying for (hardware \| software \| new stuff) outside the normal budget stream? We have threatened bake sakes, but fortunately (for the buyers!) have not had to cook anything... but someday.. it may come to that! What do you teach? What CC are you at? Describe the neighborhood... I'm Becky and teach primarily "traditional CS" topics and web programming/design.
