Evaluation: This AV pertains to a particular (uncommon) variant of the R-Tree, and there is not much explanation for how the data structure works. This data structure is far too complex for the Trakla approach to exercises. Thus, this AV is not practical in its exercise mode. The Model Answer step-through presentation does provide some understanding of how this R-Tree variant works, but it needs a lot more explanation to go with it.
