Added Technology that Educators of Computing Hail (TECH) as a collection page

The larger question is now begged; how do I slurp all of my TECH resources into ENSEMBLE? It's easy enough to provide a collection with a logo and link, but that obviously takes people away from our site. I defer to the DL experts on this one; where is our API published?
For example, we certainly have to have the equivalent of the following page that the Engineering Pathway has:
